Everyone will be able to sign-up by their TAMIO region and go to dinner together. We will even have a sign-up for first-time attendees if you prefer to go with other newbies.

TAMIOLYMPICS (NEW!)
After Restaurant Romp, attendees representing their TAMIO region can participate in a series of competitive events for fame and bragging rights. If you don’t want to play, come anyway and cheer your region on!

TAMI Awards Happy Hour
No need to sit in your room waiting for the TAMI Award Banquet to start. Join us for drinks and more networking at the TAMI Awards Happy Hour.

TAMI Awards Dinner
The TAMI Awards will be presented at a dinner on Thursday, June 6, and is included in the conference registration.  You will be emailed a few weeks in advance to R.S.V.P. for the Awards Dinner.  Your R.S.V.P. is required to be guaranteed a seat at the Awards Dinner.  Additional tickets for guests to attend the dinner may be purchased for $100 each. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, May 31. No tickets will be sold at the conference.

TAMIO After Hours – Trivia Night
Once the awards are given out and the pictures are all taken, join us for Trivia and let the competition begin!

The conference and guest rooms are at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, 600 E. Market Street, San Antonio, Texas. Our discounted guest room rate is $219 per night until May 13 or the block sells out.

The hotel offers valet and self-parking. Rates include in-and-out parking privileges. The valet rate is $57 + tax for overnight parking. Self-parking is $45 + tax for overnight parking. TAMIO is contracted to receive a 20% discount on self-parking lowering the rate to $36 + tax. This discount is for self, overnight parking only, not day parkers. If the hotel is full of overnight parkers, day parking will “closes.” Day parkers can also park at the Convention Center parking lot across the street that charges a flat $10 daily, parking rate.

Important information on rooms for Tuesday night: Our initial contract included 105 rooms on Tuesday night. Since we have four preconference sessions, we have added an additional 50 rooms. The additional 50 rooms are not at our rate of $219 but at the rate of $269. The first 105 reservations will be reserved at the lower $219 rate. We highly recommend you reserve your room early to take advantage of the lower rate.
BOOK YOUR ROOM

The conference mobile app will have the complete schedule, session descriptions, speaker bios, attendees and more.  An e-blast will be sent out approximately two-three weeks prior to the conference with your link.

The hotel does not provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. San Antonio International Airport is 9 miles from the hotel.

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to laureng@tml.org by Monday, May 27. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Conference badges will be available onsite at registration.
