TAMIO 2026 Annual Conference

Register by 5pm on May 11 to receive the early bird discounted rated.
Member Rate
To qualify for the member rate, your TAMIO membership dues must be current for the member year 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026. If you are applying for a new membership to take advantage of the member rate, please note your application will take 1-3 business days to process before you can register at the member rate. If you are having trouble with your membership dues or application, please contact jessica@tml.org.
If you are renewing your membership, please note our system takes 24 hours to refresh and recognize you as a member.
Registration Includes the Following
- All sessions from Wednesday through Friday, excluding the pre-conference sessions
- Afternoon break and networking hour on Wednesday
- Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, TAMI Award networking hour, and TAMI Awards Banquet on Thursday
- Breakfast on Friday
Substitution / Cancellation Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to tristan@tml.org by Monday, May 25. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Pre-Conference Sessions
This year, we have three sessions to choose from. Preconference sessions are not included with full registration and must be purchased separately at check-out. Seats are limited.
*The Tour of the Austin Podcast Studio is offsite. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel.

Wednesday TAMIO Region Restaurant Night
Everyone will be able to sign-up by their TAMIO region and go to dinner together. We will even have a sign-up for first-time attendees if you prefer to go with other newbies.

Take the stage and sing your favorite hits backed by a full live band, or sit back, relax, and enjoy the show as your fellow attendees bring the energy. Whether you’re a seasoned performer or just in it for fun, this is your chance to shine.
TAMI Awards Networking Hour
No need to sit in your room waiting for the TAMI Award Banquet to start. Join us for complimentary drinks and more networking at the TAMI Awards Networking Hour.
TAMI Awards Banquet
The TAMI Awards will be presented at a dinner on Thursday, June 4, and is included in the conference registration. You will be emailed a few weeks in advance to R.S.V.P. for the Awards Dinner. Your R.S.V.P. is required to be guaranteed a seat at the Awards Dinner. Additional tickets for guests to attend the dinner may be purchased for $100 each. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, May 31. No tickets will be sold at the conference.
TAMIO After Hours – Trivia Night
Once the awards are given out and the pictures are all taken, join us for Trivia and let the competition begin!
Hotel
The Renaissance Austin Hotel, 9721 Arboretum Boulevard, Austin, TX 78759, has extended a room rate for 249.00 USD per night for TAMIO attendees for the nights of June 1, June 5. The resort fee is waived for TAMIO guests. Self-parking for attendees will be complimentary. Instructions for parking will be provided in the know-before-you-go email to all registered attendees. There is also a complimentary 24-hour fitness center, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Conference App
The conference mobile app will have the complete schedule, session descriptions, speaker bios, attendees and more. An e-blast will be sent out approximately two-three weeks prior to the conference with your link.
Confirmation / Badges
Conference badges will be available onsite at registration.

If you are in need of assistance of any kind, including dietary restrictions (such as allergies or sensitivities to particular ingredients), mobility, or audio or visual aids, please contact the TAMIO manager (see below).
