The Annual Conference has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
The registration fee includes:
- All sessions from Wednesday through Friday
- Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and TAMI Awards dinner on Thursday
- Breakfast on Friday
Register by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 13, and receive the discounted, early registration fee of $370.
For registrations received by TML after 5 p.m. on May 13, the registration fee is $390.
We have 15 spots open for your students/interns to register for the conference at a reduced rate. A person does not qualify for the student/intern rate if they are employed full time in the industry. The fee is $285 until Wednesday, May 13. After May 13, the registration fee is $305. (All prices are based on availability.)
The registration fee is $445.
Wednesday Preconference Session
This session will have limited seating and will start Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. The title of the session is Smartphone Video Lab: How to Create Compelling Recorded and Live Video Content. (Please look on the agenda page for a description of the session.) There is an additional fee of $35 to attend this session.
Wednesday Night Networking
This is the night for Restaurant Romp! Details are being worked out so please check back in February.
TAMI Awards Dinner
The TAMI Awards will be presented at a dinner on on Thursday, June 4, and is included in the registration rate. You will be emailed a few weeks in advance to R.S.V.P. for the Awards Dinner. It is imperative that you R.S.V.P. or you will not be guaranteed a seat at the Awards Dinner.
TAMI Awards Dinner
Additional tickets for guests to attend the dinner can be purchased for $60 each. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, May 31. No tickets will be sold at the conference.
The conference will be held at Live! By Loews, 1601 East Randol Mill Road, Arlington, Texas. The rate is $182 per night (single or double occupancy) through Wednesday, May 13, or until TAMIO’s block sells out. Rooms can be booked three (3) days pre- and post-conference at the conference rate, based on availability. The conference will start at 1:15 p.m. on Wednesday, registration opens at noon. Hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m.
The hotel only has valet parking. We are working on getting discounted rates and will update this information as soon as we can.
TAMIO’s Conference Mobile App
The conference mobile app will have the complete schedule, session descriptions, speaker bios, attendees and more. An eblast will go out approximately two weeks prior to the conference with your link.
The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is approximately 15 miles from the hotel and Dallas Love Field is approximately 21 miles from the hotel.
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to email@example.com by Friday, May 22. No refunds will be honored after that date.
Conference badges will be mailed to you after early registration is over. A second set will be at registration if you do not receive yours in the mail.
