The registration fee includes:
- All sessions from Wednesday through Friday
- Wednesday night Restaurant Romp transportation (dinner is not included, pay on own)
- Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and TAMI Awards dinner on Thursday
- Breakfast on Friday
Register by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14, and receive the discounted, early registration fee of $360.
For registrations received by TML after 5 p.m. on May 14, the registration fee is $380.
We have 15 spots open for your students/interns to register for the conference at a reduced rate. A person does not qualify for the student/intern rate if they are employed full time in the industry. The fee is $285 until Tuesday, May 16. After May 16, the registration fee is $305. (All prices are based on availability.)
The registration fee is $435.
Wednesday Night Networking
Restaurant Romp is back! Everyone’s favorite opportunity to sample the local restaurants and network. A shuttle will take everyone back and forth to designated restaurants. This is a “pay for your own” event and sign-up will be emailed out in April.
TAMI Awards Dinner
The TAMI Awards will be presented at a dinner on on Thursday, June 6, and is included in the registration rate. Additional tickets for guests to attend the TAMI Awards Dinner can be purchased for $50 each. Tickets must be purchased by Friday, May 31. No tickets will be sold at the conference.
The conference will be held at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center, 3100 Town Center Trail, Denton, Texas 76201. The rate is $159 per night (single or double occupancy) through Tuesday, May 14, or until TAMIO’s block sells out. Rooms can be booked three (3) days pre- and post-conference at the conference rate, based on availability. The conference will start at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, registration opens at noon. Self parking is complimentary.
TAMIO’s Conference Mobile App
There will be a conference mobile app in 2019. The mobile app is sponsored by CivicPlus. An eblast will go out approximately two weeks prior to the conference with your link.
The hotel is off of IH-35E in Rayzor Ranch. The Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is 20 miles from the hotel and Dallas Love Field is 33 miles from the hotel. For general directions about the hotel, click here.
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to email@example.com by Friday, May 24. No refunds will be honored after that date.
Conference badges will be mailed to you after early registration is over. A second set will be at registration if you do not receive yours in the mail.
