The 2018 Annual Conference will be in Georgetown, Texas, on June 6–8.

The registration fee includes:
- All sessions from Wednesday through Friday
- Wednesday night Restaurant Romp transportation (dinner is not included, pay on own)
- Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and TAMI Awards dinner on Thursday
- Breakfast on Friday
Register by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16, and receive the discounted, early registration fee of $360.
For registrations received by TML after 5 p.m. on May 16, the registration fee is $380.
We have 15 spots open for your students/interns to register for the conference at a reduced rate. A person does not qualify for the student/intern rate if they are employed full time in the industry. The fee is $285 until Wednesday, May 16. After May, 16, the registration fee is $305. (All prices are based on availability.)
The registration fee is $435.
Wednesday Night Networking
Restaurant Romp is back! Everyone’s favorite opportunity to sample the local restaurants and network. A shuttle will take everyone back and forth to designated restaurants. This is a “pay for your own” event and sign-up will be emailed out in April.
TAMI Awards Dinner
The TAMI Awards will be presented at a dinner (instead of lunch) this year. The dinner will be on Thursday, June 7, and is included in the registration rate. Additional tickets for guests to attend the TAMI Awards Dinner can be purchased for $50 each. Tickets must be purchased by Wednesday, May 31. No tickets will be sold at the conference.
The conference will be held at the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel and Conference Center, 1101 Woodlawn Avenue, Georgetown, Texas 78628. The rate is $159 per night through Wednesday, May 16, or until TAMIO’s block sells out. Rooms can be booked three (3) days pre- and post-conference at the conference rate, based on availability. Use this link to secure your room. (Note that conference may start at noon on Wednesday instead of 2 p.m. That decision will be made by the end of January.)
The hotel’s central location provides guests with easy access to the many things to do in Georgetown. Less than two miles from the downtown square, the hotel is close to shopping, dining, wineries and more activities, guaranteed fun for all ages. The hotel overlooks the Rivery Park with trails for jogging, walking, and biking (complimentary bike rentals are available at the hotel).
Self parking is complimentary.
TAMIO’s CONFERENCE MOBILE APP
There will be a conference mobile app in 2018. This year, the mobile app is sponsored by CivicPlus! An eblast will go out approximately two week prior to the conference with your link.
The hotel is 41-44 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (depending on the route you take) and about a 1/4 of a mile off IH-35 South. For general information about the hotel, click here.
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to email@example.com by Thursday, June 1. No refunds will be honored after that date.
Conference badges will be mailed to you after early registration is over. A second set will be at registration if you do not receive yours in the mail.
