Registration Is Open!

 

Registration Fees

TAMIO Members:
Register by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, and receive the discounted, early registration fee of $370.
For registrations received by TML after 5 p.m. on May 24, the registration fee is $390.

Student/Interns:
We have 15 spots open for your students/interns to register for the conference at a reduced rate.  A person does not qualify for the student/intern rate if they are employed full time in the industry.  The fee is $285 until Wednesday, May 24.  After May 24, the registration fee is $305. (All prices are based on availability.)

Non-Members:
The registration fee is $445.

The registration fee includes:

  • All sessions from Wednesday through Friday, not including the preconference sessions
  • Afternoon break on Wednesday
  • Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and TAMI Awards Banquet on Thursday
  • Breakfast on Friday

Special Events

Wednesday Morning Preconference Sessions – There are Two to Choose From!
Seating is limited for both of these sessions which will start Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m.  If you are interested in either of these, be sure to register early so you don’t miss out.  One preconference session will be “Predictive Media Training with Russ Rhea”.  The second preconference session will be “How to Nurture and Protect Your City’s Credibility” taught by our own Will Hampton.  There is an additional fee of $40 to attend.  Please note that the Predictive Media Training is limited to 50 people.

Wednesday Night Networking – Restaurant Romp
This is the night for Restaurant Romp!  Restaurants are being chosen within walking distance of the hotel.  A sign-up will go out to all registrants in May. We’ll meet first in the hotel for a drink and to find your restaurant group, then walk with your group to the restaurant you signed up for.  Everyone pays for their own dinner and everyone has a great time.

TAMI Awards Dinner
The TAMI Awards will be presented at a dinner on Thursday, June 9, and is included in the conference registration.  You will be emailed a few weeks in advance to R.S.V.P. for the Awards Dinner.  Your R.S.V.P. is required to be guaranteed a seat at the Awards Dinner.  Additional tickets for guests to attend the dinner may be purchased for $60 each. Tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, May 31. No tickets will be sold at the conference.

Hotel Accommodations

IMPORTANT UPDATE!

The Four Seasons is sold out and our discount time period with the Four Seasons and the Westin (our overflow hotel) is over.  If you are just registering now for the conference, email Lauren at laureng@tml.org and we will try to get you a room at our rate at the Westin.

TAMIO’s Conference Mobile App

The conference mobile app will have the complete schedule, session descriptions, speaker bios, attendees and more.  An eblast will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the conference with your link.

Getting There

The William P. Hobby Airport is the closest airport to downtown Houston and is approximately 10 miles from the hotel.

Substitution/Cancellation Policy

If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to laureng@tml.org by Monday, May 30. No refunds will be honored after that date.

Confirmation/Badges

Conference badges will be available onsite at registration.
